The Story Of The Stables
A very warm welcome to The Stables Deer Park Farm, a family run business in Lapworth, Knowle Solihull Warwickshire. Our stable accommodation was once our horse stables that we have sympathetically restored creating overnight accommodation with either double bed or superking bed with en-suite and kitchenette for you to enjoy a semi rural retreat in Warwickshire UK. Nestled in our Courtyard there is ample free carparking set within 60 acres of glorious countryside yet only 15 minutes from The NEC Birmingham, International Airport and M42. We have horses, shetland ponies, alpacas and red deer in the surrounding paddocks of your stable that you can enjoy whilst relaxing on your outside terrace or walking the grounds. Open your curtains in the morning to enjoy the wildlife and the pure fresh air and to simply unwind and chill out.

Yes ! we are dog friendly just call us to book your dog in with you whilst you stay £10 per night.
Maximum two dogs per stable please.
The economy and standard stable is one small dog only.

Visit our local pubs and restaurants or order in a takeaway to be delivered straight to your own front door.

Babies are of course free of charge, please bring a travel cot or similar with you. The stables accommodation is suitable for older children if you bring along your own sleeping bag for them, no extra beds can be provided. If you wish to bring a baby or a child we must be informed when you call us to book.
