The Story Of The Stables
A very warm welcome to The Stables Deer Park Farm, a family run business in Lapworth, Knowle Solihull Warwickshire. Our chalets were once our horse stables that we sympathetically restored back in 2010 creating self catering accommodation with double bed or superking bed, en-suites and kitchenettes for you to enjoy a semi rural retreat in Warwickshire UK. Nestled in our Courtyard there is ample free carparking set within 60 acres of glorious countryside yet only 15 minutes from The NEC Birmingham, International Airport and M42. We have horses, shetland ponies, alpacas and red deer in the surrounding paddocks of your chalet that you can enjoy whilst relaxing on your outside terrace or walking the grounds. Open your curtains in the morning to enjoy the wildlife and the pure fresh air and to simply unwind and chill out.

Yes ! we are dog friendly just call us to book your dog in with you whilst you stay. Dogs are £15, or if you book a 3 night stay or more, your pet is only £10 per night.
Maximum two dogs per chalet please.
The economy and standard chalet is one small dog only.

All bed linen, plates, cutlery and towels are provided in your chalet. There is a fridge, kettle, hob and toaster in your kitchenette ( there is no kitchenette in the economy chalet ).
Please bring food provisions with you or visit one of our local pubs and restaurants or order in a takeaway to be delivered straight to your chalet door!
Arrival : from 4pm to 11pm ( for a 1pm arrival we charge £15 direct)
Departure : up to 11am ( or up to 1pm departure we charge £15 direct)
or book both for just £25

Babies are of course free of charge, please bring a travel cot or similar with you. The chalets are not suitable for older children unless you bring along your own sleeping bag for them. No extra beds can be provided in the chalets. If you wish to bring a baby/child we must be informed when you book.
