The Story Of The Stables
A very warm welcome to The Stables Deer Park Farm, a family run business in Knowle Solihull Warwickshire. Our chalets were once our horse stables that we sympathetically restored back in 2010 creating self catering accommodation with double bed or superking bed, en-suites and kitchenettes for you to enjoy a semi rural retreat in Warwickshire UK. Nestled in our Courtyard there is ample free carparking set within 60 acres of glorious countryside yet only 15 minutes from The NEC Birmingham, International Airport and M42. We have horses, shetland ponies, alpacas and red deer in the surrounding paddocks of your chalet that you can enjoy whilst relaxing on your outside terrace or walking the grounds. Open your curtains in the morning to enjoy the wildlife and the pure fresh air and to simply unwind and chill out.

OUR SERVICES
Self catering facilities and FREE onsite parking for vehicles and horse box if you wish to stable your horse also ! call for availability.
Yes ! we are dog friendly just call us to book your dog in with you whilst you stay. Dogs are £15 first night and discounted to £12.50 per night for any consecutive nights booked.
Maximum two dogs per chalet please.
The economy and standard chalet is one small dog only.
Size restrictions may apply.
All bed linen, plates, cutlery and towels are provided in your chalet. There is a fridge, kettle and toaster in your kitchenette ( not in economy ). Please bring food provisions with you
Arrival : from 4pm to 10pm ( for a 1pm arrival we charge £20)
Departure : up to 11am ( or up to 1pm we charge £20)
